• Communicate via SMS or Whatsapp: if you message us to arrange or reschedule an appointment, we store your name and number. You may also receive reminder texts for your appointments.

• Schedule and manage appointments

• Respond to enquiries or provide support

• Send marketing messages (only with your consent)  You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly

• Assist in a medical emergency

• Process payments. We use SumUp to handle card transactions securely. No card details are stored by us.
