  • To Schedule and Manage Appointments: We use your contact details and treatment history to confirm, manage, and communicate regarding appointments.

  • To Provide Customer Support: If you have questions or need assistance, we use your contact information to respond and provide support.

  • Marketing Communications (Optional): With your consent, we may send you SMS messages about special offers, promotions, and updates related to our services. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time by texting “STOP” or notifying us directly.

  • Payment and Transaction Processing: We use SumUp to process all card transactions. No card details are retained by us. We use the information in the Fresha app to manage booking histories, and ensure smooth transaction handling. Please note, we do not store any card payment details.
