What to Expect at Your Nail Appointment

If you’re new to my beauty room, or it’s been a while since your last visit, here’s a simple walk-through of what to expect. My goal is always the same: a calm, relaxed, one-to-one appointment where you never feel rushed, confused or out of place.

Parking & Arrival

You can park right outside the house on the driveway, no battling for spaces or dealing with city-centre chaos.

Getting Settled

Once you’re in, you can pop your bag down, hang up your coat. I'll show you the client bathroom so you can wash your hands, then we'll get comfy and have a quick chat about what you’re having done.

If you’re unsure, that’s totally fine, I’ll look at your nails, your lifestyle, and talk you through the best options for you.

During Your Treatment

Appointments here are relaxed and private. No other clients coming and going, no double-booking, no queues, just a calm space where you can switch off.

I use low-odour, gentle systems and everything is tailored to keeping your nails healthy, strong and comfortable long-term.

I'll guide you through each step of the process, when to pop your hands in the lamp etc, you won't be left guessing.

I don’t upsell anything. If you choose optional extras like nail art, I’m always upfront about the cost.

.If you want to have a girly catch-up and put the world to rights, I’m here for that too. And if you’d rather pop Netflix on or zone out to your favourite playlist? Go for it.

As long as I can reach both of your hands and they’re clean and relaxed, we’re good!

When We’re Finished

You’ll wash your hands again to remove any residual nail dust. I’ll apply cuticle oil, take payment (cash, BACS or card), and, if you’re happy for me to do so, I’ll take a quick photo of your nails to show them off.

You’re always welcome to rebook your next slot, but there’s never pressure. No deposit is needed after your first appointment. If you’d rather go home, see how the nails feel and message me at a later date, that’s absolutely fine.
